Police have arrested a 17-year-old from Troy for being involved in a shots fired incident in Watervliet.
Watervliet police responded to the Joslin Apartment Complex around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday. They say a bullet fired from an outdoor courtyard was recovered in the bedroom wall where a 6-year-old child was sleeping.
Thankfully, no one was injured.
The suspect was arrested nearby. Police do not believe the shots were targeted at a specific person or residence.
