WATERVLIET - A Watervliet barbershop was caught taking in customers.

Mike's Barbershop in Watervliet was open - until the police arrived, and spoke to the owner and the patron.

After that, the "OPEN" sign, and the sign boasting "COVID-19 free" were taken down.

Police say right now, it's "educate first'", then enforce.

Offenders could end up seeing fines, or a pair of handcuffs.
