RPI's Center for Modeling, Simulation, & Imaging in Medicine is working with the U.S. Army to improve medic training.

Researchers say correctly applying first aid in the field before the patient is evacuated can save lives.

They will focus on how fast medics can learn and retain new skills.

Researchers at RPI will work closely with the Army on the $3 million project.
