Ella Maria LeBlanc has worked in television as a camerawoman at NewsChannel 13 and at the state Assembly as a producer and interviewer, but her longtime dream has centered on being a writer and working for herself.

In early 2020, she quit her job. Unbeknownst to her, the pandemic would strike shortly afterward, causing her to briefly question her decision. However, she says she believes things happen for a reason.

Her books "Your Path to True Freedom" and a companion journal were published during the pandemic.

In the books, she talks about making healthy relationships, having a healthy body, and serving your community.

She says she wrote the book to encourage women to seek their dreams by first getting to know themselves.
