Jacqueline Goralczyk is a renaissance woman. She's had three careers, all with the goal of serving others.

The first was in real estate as owner of a title insurance agency. However, law was always her first love, and it didn't matter that she had a family, including a 1-year-old child.

She persevered and walked across the stage with a law degree from Albany Law School. It was while she was a lawyer that she started hearing about cyber-crime in the real estate industry. Buyers who had saved all their lives for the American dream saw their dreams and their money vanish, and real estate companies and other players in that industry witnessed how thieves had infiltrated their businesses.

The problem bothered Goralczyk to the point that she decided to return to the classroom to earn a degree in cybersecurity and data privacy.

Learn whom she credits for this very strong work ethic by watching the video of Elaine Houston's story.
