Doctor files false tax returns, pleads guilty
A doctor from Watervliet is admitting to deliberately underreporting his income for several years. Dr. Ehab Kodsi pleaded guilty Wednesday in Federal Court to filing false tax returns.
Kodsi owns a pain management clinic in Queensbury. He is also a partner in a real estate company that owns the building the clinic is in.
Kodsi admitted that from 2015 to 2018, he failed to report nearly $1 million in income and didn’t pay over $245,000 in taxes.
Kodsi faces up to three years in prison.
