Guilderland custodian charged with rape now out of jail
A former school custodian, accused of rape in Guilderland is out of jail.
The Guilderland School District says they’ve been notified by police.
As NewsChannel 13 has been reporting, 28-year-old Raquan Dyson is accused of raping a 14-year-old girl.
He was hired as a custodian at Farnsworth Middle School back in December.
The victim is a student there.

The school says he is barred from any and all Guilderland School District properties.
