Hockey tournament in Clifton Park raising money for kids in need
CLIFTON PARK – The local hockey community is coming together to give help to children and families who need it.
The 11th edition of the Capital Cup for Kids gets underway this weekend.
The hockey tournament helps support Building on Love, Inc., Make-A-Wish Northeast New York and other local organizations.
As of Friday, the event had raised $113,000 of its $125,000 goal.
The tournament is back after two years off during the pandemic.
