Troy man wins $1 million scratch-off lottery prize

A man in Troy has won the top prize on $1 million scratch-off ticket.
Edward Sherman claimed the big prize on the 25x scratch off game.
The winning ticket came from the Price Chopper on Hoosick Street.
Sherman chose the lump sum, which came out to about $547,000 after taxes.
After he won, he said, "You have to believe it can happen."
