More than 11,000 people over the age of 60 in Vermont have signed up for a COVID-19 vaccine appointment.

Appointments for people in this newest tier started Thursday. Starting Monday, Vermonters over the age of 50 can sign up.

Starting in April, registration will begin to open for 40 and 30-year-olds. The goal is to open it up to everyone over the age of 16 by April 19.
