A Cambridge man is under arrest in connection with a knifepoint hold-up of the Cumberland Farms store in Whitehall.

Bennington police arrested 21-year-old Nathan Kupiec on a warrant from the Whitehall Police Department. Kupiec's accused of robbing the store Monday afternoon, using a knife with a four-inch blade.

Whitehall police say sharing the surveillance photo helped them make an arrest. Kupiec was having an extradition hearing Thursday in Bennington and expected to be brought back to Washington County to be charged.

At the time of the hold-up, Kupiec was free, pending prosecution on theft charges earlier this year in Cambridge.
