Police searching for missing Vermont man with dementia

Police in Vermont are searching for a missing 76-year-old man with dementia.
Russell Nord has been missing since Monday. He was last seen in Ludlow, Vermont.
Police say Nord has trouble speaking because of a medical condition. He was last seen wearing a green baseball hat, flannel shirt, white and blue jacket, and black pants.
Anyone who may have seen Nord is asked to call the Vermont State Police.
