Vermont adds 37 new coronavirus cases

Vermont reported 37 new coronavirus cases on Tuesday.

The increase marked the most reported cases in one single day since Vermont’s first case more than three weeks ago.


Health officials also reported another death from coronavirus.

There are now 293 positive cases of coronavirus in Vermont, and 13 people have died.     

On Monday, Governor Phil Scott ordered anyone coming to the state must self-quarantine for 14 days.           

He also shut down online bookings for vacation rentals and hotels.
