Vermont has released a first look at their COVID-19 vaccination plan.

The prioritization is part of a 4-phase distribution plan outlined by the Vermont Department of Health in initial planning.

People who work in health care and first responders will be the first to get that vaccine once it is approved. The vaccine will then go to people who have high-risk underlying conditions and older adults living in congregate settings.
