Vermont reports surge in COVID-19 testing

People in Vermont who want to be tested for COVID-19 are urged to make an appointment rather than just walk into a testing site.

A recent surge in testing has led to delays in receiving results.

Reservations can be made on the Vermont Health Department’s website or through your local pharmacy.

The state is also working to expand COVID-19 testing in schools. By the end of September, 37 percent of school districts will have weekly testing programs.
