Hundreds protest in the Berkshires

NORTH ADAMS -- There were protests in Massachusetts this weekend.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at the Berkshire Eagle were there as more than 300 people gathered on the lawn of the North Adams City Hall Sunday.

They brought signs, and chanted together to honking horns from cars passing by.    

The North Adams' Mayor, State Senator Adam Hinds of Pittsfield, and Berkshire District Attorney Andrea Harrington all attended.    

Sunday’s protest was peaceful and no arrests were made.
