STOCKBRIDGE - Over 100 acres of luscious greenery, birds chirping and incredible vistas of the Berkshires might be just what the doctor ordered after a difficult year.

"People have been impacted by something, whether it's they lost a job, they lost somebody that they love, or they've been impacted by COVID in some way," said Robert Mulhall, CEO at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.

The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health is thrilled to be welcoming people back in-person next month, to help them reset from our ever-changing world.

"It's all about helping people go on a journey of slowing down, pausing and brining the attention back inwards towards themselves," Mulhall explained. "We do that through offering many programs like yoga, meditation and outdoor nature connection."

While Kripalu couldn't be happier about helping people in-person once again, its classes and meditations will also continue online. The center had temporarily transitioned to an online format during the pandemic.

"We've been able to serve over 15,000 people in all 50 states around the country now, and 50 countries around the world," Mulhall said.

Whether you join virtually or from the heart of the Berkshires, Kripalu's focused on providing people with tools to move forward through the pandemic and into the future.

"There's not a lot of places where you can learn how to be resilient in these trying times," he said. "Kripalu, along with some other beautiful organizations, is one of the few places where you can actually get some tools and practices to help sustain a wholistic and well life."
