Tamarac’s Emily Frost made history Tuesday morning as she signed her national letter of intent to wrestle at the University of Iowa. Frost is the first female wrestler from New York State to sign with the Hawkeyes. The All-American is currently ranked #1 in New York State and #7 in the country with a 13-1 record at 126 pounds.
