See highlights – Capital Region lacrosse was on full display Wednesday night as crosstown rivals UAlbany and Siena faced off in the opening round of the NCAA men’s tournament at Casey Stadium. The Great Danes held off the Saints 11-9.
UAlbany will face No. 1 seed Cornell in the first round Sunday at 7:30pm on ESPU.
