McCoy: 13 new cases in Albany County; 2 more from Hudson Avenue party

Albany County Executive Dan McCoy announced Friday morning 13 more positive cases in the county.

McCoy also said there were two more cases linked to the July 4 weekend party on Hudson Avenue in Albany.

There have been now 46 total cases tied to the party.
