LAKE GEORGE - The pandemic has forced Americade organizers to make some changes for the new year.

They announced Friday that the annual motorcycle festival in Lake George will take place in September rather than June.

The new dates are September 21 through the 25.

Organizers say this gives them a better chance of actually having the event, which typically draws a huge crowd.
