SARATOGA SPRINGS - It's been more than a year since passenger trains rolled into and out of Saratoga Springs, and many are saying it's time to get them rolling again for the sake of the economy.
The passenger rail in and out of there shut down because of COVID.
The Chamber of Commerce and state legislators say it’s time to get things rolling again.
The popular route is the Ethan Allen, which runs to and from New York and Vermont.
The two states have agreed it will resume on July 19, but that's too late, say those counting on a strong tourist season.
