Capital Region colleges outline big COVID testing plans

ALBANY - The presidents of the University at Albany, the College of Saint Rose, and Siena College came together Friday to share their plans for bringing students back to campus.

The spring semester is about to begin in the midst of a pandemic.

Each college official outlined their COVID testing plans.

All students and staff will be tested before coming to campus, after they arrive, and regularly throughout the semester.
