New York state has the lowest single-day COVID positivity rate since October 10.
Gov. Cuomo released the latest numbers on Thursday.
He says the statewide positivity rate is 1.08%. The 7-day average declined for the 38th straight day, and is 1.25%
Hospitalizations are at 1,852, a drop of 76 people and the lowest since November 14.
Sadly, another 22 New Yorkers died.
The positivity rate in the Capital Region rose from 1.42% on Tuesday to 1.47% on Wednesday.
The positivity rate in the Mohawk Valley dropped from 1.49% on Tuesday to 1.42% on Wednesday.
