Governor Cuomo said he feared the state will run out of its current supply of coronavirus vaccine as soon as Friday.
So far, about one million people in New York have received that first vaccine.
In the Capital Region, 82% of the doses received have been given out.
About 6% of the region's population has received the vaccine.
The state's positivity rate has dropped to 5.65%.
Hospitalizations also dropped by 209. This marks the second day in a row for a drop in hospitalizations.
Sadly, another 165 people died.
