New York is once again below the 1% mark for its daily coronavirus infection rate.

Gov. Cuomo's office says of 70,930 tests Tuesday, 0.94% were positive.

In the Capital Region, the positivity rate rose from 0.5% to 0.8%.

In the Mohawk Valley, the positivity rate rose from 0.2% to 0.6%.

Unfortunately, another five people died. None of them were from the Capital Region or Mohawk Valley.
