Gov. Cuomo said Tuesday New York's coronavirus positivity rate is 7.06%. That's up from the day before when it was 6.54%.
Unfortunately, net hospitalizations increased by 368 people, including 91 more in the ICU, and 52 more on ventilators.
The 7-day average infection rate on Monday dropped slightly to 7.16% for the Capital Region, and rose slightly to 7.85% for the Mohawk Valley.
Sadly, another 167 people across the state died.
