New York state's daily coronavirus positivity rate is 3.71%, with a 7-day average of 3.58%.
That's according to numbers Gov. Cuomo's office released on Wednesday.
He says 4,604 people are hospitalized, a net decrease of 47.
Sadly, another 56 people died from the virus.
The 7-day positivity rate in the Capital Region rose a bit from 2.39% on Tuesday to 2.40% on Wednesday.
The 7-day positivity rate in the Mohawk Valley rose from 1.58% on Tuesday to 1.73% on Wednesday.
