Shenendehowa is reporting a case of coronavirus at the High School East Building, but there's a twist to it.

Usually when a school reports a positive case, they include the last time the person was physically at the school.

Shen says the person who tested positive had been at the school Monday morning.

In most cases, it's been a few days to a week prior to the notification.

State guidance says after experiencing symptoms, you must test negative for coronavirus before returning to work or school.

NewsChannel 13 reached out to Shen to see why the person was at the school Monday morning. We'll keep you posted if we hear back.
