All New Yorkers 16 and older can get a COVID shot without an appointment starting Thursday.

Gov. Cuomo says this applies to state-run vaccination sites.

State run vaccination sites in the Capital Region are at the former Lord & Taylor store in Crossgates Mall and the Washington Avenue Armory in Albany, along with the former Sears at Aviation Mall in Queensbury.

Walk-in appointments are for first doses only. Second doses will be scheduled when you get your first dose.
