Gov. Cuomo held a late afternoon news conference on Friday announcing that the state will take an offer by the federal government to vaccinate nursing home residents and staff.

New York will have enough vaccine in the next two weeks to treat a third of the most high-risk health care workers. That's about 170,000 people.

As for numbers, we have a statewide positivity rate of 5.4%. The rate is 7.3% within the hotspots. Sixty New Yorkers died since Thursday.

Health Department data shows 70% of the state's infections are coming from households and small gatherings.
