Dollar General to pay employees for work missed to get coronavirus shot

Dollar General says they don’t want employees to choose between work and the vaccine, so they will pay for time off to get the shot.

Hourly employees will get four hours of pay and salaried employees will get additional store labor hours.

Distribution and transportation workers will also get paid.

Dollar General says they are encouraging employees to get the vaccine, but not requiring it.
