Albany County Executive Dan McCoy addressed problems some people are having with the state's Excelsior Pass.
The pass is an easy way to prove vaccination. It's an app you can download right to your phone.
However, some people have reported issues with getting their pass, including problems entering nicknames instead of names, entering a county where you were vaccinated, and other glitches.
McCoy says the state needs to make some big improvements.
The Times Union center will be relying heavily on the Excelsior Pass as proof of vaccination.
The arena will be limited to 33% capacity, which is nearly 4,000 people, until future changes to state guidance.
