When it comes to New York's fight against the coronavirus, hospitalizations, ICU admissions, intubations, and deaths all hit new lows Monday.

However, the governor said there are still two threats to be concerned about.

The first threat is the dangerous spread across the country.

The other threat is many incidents of non-compliance in the state. State officials handed out nearly 150 citations to bars and restaurants not following the rules this weekend.
