AMSTERDAM - We've seen the workers on New York City subways scrubbing and mopping away, but that's just part of the public property that needs disinfecting. It's a big job - 55 buildings in the five boroughs.
The city gets its cleaning supplies from Liberty ARC in Amsterdam.
The company bottles an EPA-approved coronavirus fighting Enviro-Care disinfectant made by Rochester Midland Corporation. In March, New York City ordered 396,000 gallons - 84 times more than the entire order for 2019.
Learn about how long it could take to fill such a big order, and how it's helping Liberty fulfill another mission, by watching the video of Asa Stackel's story.
