Shen, North Colonie report new cases; Bethlehem extends remote learning at high school

Coronavirus cases continue to show up in schools.

The Shenendehowa School District says a person at Skano Elementary School tested positive. Students and staff who had direct contact with the person will be on quarantine until cleared by the health department.

In the North Colonie School District, three more people at Boght Hills Elementary School have tested positive. The school's already on remote learning until November 6, after clusters of cases were reported there.

Remote learning for Bethlehem Central High School students has been extended through November 6 after a recent spike in cases there. However, the district says there have not been any new cases since Monday. All other schools in the district will remain open.
