Less than 1% of New Yorkers test positive for virus Tuesday

Gov. Cuomo released the latest coronavirus numbers Wednesday.

There were 700 or 0.79% positive tests in the state Tuesday. The governor said 588 people are in the hospital.


There were seven coronavirus-related deaths Tuesday.

In the Capital Region, 0.7% of people tested positive for the virus.
