Gov. Cuomo says nursing home visitation guidelines will depend on the positivity rate of the county where the facility is located.
If it is less than 5%, a COVID test is not required before a visit.
If it is between 5% and 10%, testing will be required 72 hours in advance.
If it is above 10%, visitation is not allowed.
Visitors will also be capped at 20% of the residents at the home.
This all goes into effect on Friday.
