CLIFTON PARK - There aren't many local businesses that haven't been completely upended by the coronavirus pandemic. The Clifton Park Rental Center was just coming into their busy season of outdoor weddings and graduation parties when every single one of them was canceled.

However, in their case, they discovered less could be more or at least enough to keep them open for business.

Tents, tables, and chairs are just some of the many items Clifton Park Rental Center provides to its clients.

Owner Michael Frodey never closed his doors. What he provides became pretty essential for coronavirus testing sites.
Now, things are starting to pick up again, just not for the big parties they were used to. A wedding that had been booked for 150 became a dinner for 12. Changes he's dealing with on a professional and personal level.

Frodey says small businesses have really been tested, but will come out better for it.

Hear about how it's affected an event his own family was planning by watching the video of Jerry Gretzinger's story.
