GLENMONT - The pandemic has forced restaurants like Romo's Pizza in Glenmont to adapt what they do and how they do it at a moment's notice.

Even though we're now in Phase 4, they joined other local restaurants voluntarily terminating all indoor and outdoor dining due to new cases of coronavirus.

Owner Anthony Berghela says it's the right thing to do and the best way to stay open for business.

He said in a Facebook post that with numbers starting to rise again, sticking with takeout only is best at this time.

He's not worried as much as he's disappointed, eager to bring people back into his pizzeria.

The good news, the changes they've made will stick around. That includes offering dine-in only specialties like Detroit and Chicago cracker thin style pizzas for takeout.
