Restaurants, businesses allowed more sidewalk space in Saratoga Springs

The city of Saratoga Springs has given restaurants and businesses the go ahead to expand as phase three of reopening begins in the Capital Region Wednesday.

Restaurants and businesses will get some more room for outside. The city council approved a new ordinance at its meeting Tuesday allowing more sidewalk space for dining and selling.
