Almost 50 people in the Albany School District are also moving to remote learning Tuesday after someone in the district tested positive for the virus.
The district says that person rode on buses over the last several days, and those buses service multiple schools.
The locations include:
In Rensselaer County, Averill Park High School is going remote after a student tested positive for the virus. That is expected to last through the week.
The state’s largest teachers union, NYSUT, launched a new website Monday to help track the virus in New York’s schools.
It includes a mapping tool that shows the information district by district.
