SUNY Poly working on mask that kills coronavirus on contact

SUNY Polytechnic Institute has been awarded a grant to develop a mask with a battery-powered air filter.

It's designed to deactivate the virus particles on contact.


The researchers are now in the process of obtaining a patent for their technology.
