The state of Vermont has approved a new round of funding for those hurting from the pandemic.
The Legislature's Joint Fiscal Committee allocated $75 million for businesses and hotels hurt during the pandemic.
Each business can apply for a grant of up to $300,000. Another $6.5 million is to help Vermonters with rent payments.
The committee chair says they "don't have enough money to make everyone whole, so they're trying to find a way to keep everybody afloat."
