ALBANY - For the second year in a row, Albany's Tulip Fest will be virtual.

The details are being finalized.

Mayor Kathy Sheehan tells the Times Union there are still concerns about large, social gatherings during a pandemic.

Last year, there was music, tulip garden tours, and local business take-out specials.
