Ballston Lake man charged with DWI

A Ballston Lake man is accused of driving while intoxicated.

Officers stopped Jack P. Stahura, 24, at the Northway rest area in Clifton Park around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday for traffic violations. Stahura had a blood alcohol content of 0.10%, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. The legal limit is 0.08%.

He also faces traffic violations of not stopping at a stop sign, not signaling a turn and not signaling to change lanes.

Stahura was released on appearance tickets and is due in court at a later date.
