Former Cobleskill-Richmondville school employee arrested again

A former staff member with the Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District has been arrested for a second time.

A former staff member with the Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District has been arrested for a second time.

This is according to a letter sent by Superintendent Matthew Sickles.

He said he was informed that Paul Hallock has once again been arrested by New York State Police.

NewsChannel 13 is told he’s being charged with child endangerment and forcible touching.

NewsChannel 13 reported on Hallock’s first arrest in April, where he was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

He was a cafeteria monitor at Golding Middle School at the time.

The superintendent said he no longer works for the school district.
