Granville man accused of selling meth

A Granville man is accused of selling meth.

Cody D. Tracy, 31, was indicted by a Washington County Court grand jury on two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Tracy allegedly sold the drug in the town of Granville, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

He was arraigned in Washington County Court and released on his own recognizance. He is due back in court at a later date.
