The town of Colonie is discussing a possible Chick-fil-A at Latham Farms.

A planning board meeting agenda shows town leaders will be conducting a final site review, and will consider waivers that would demolish the existing building near Planet Fitness, and replace it with a 5,000 square foot Chick-fil-A.

There will be outdoor seating and a drive-thru, if approved.

This would be the fifth Chick-fil-A to open up in the Capital Region.
