There’s officially a new Commissioner of Public Works in Saratoga Springs. Chuck Marshall was sworn into office Tuesday afternoon. However, he started the job on Monday.
Marshall’s victory was one NewsChannel 13 covered extensively for months.
He claimed a victory of more than 1,700 votes in a special election over Democrat Hank Kuczynski, after a State Supreme Court judge ruled a number of write-in ballots favoring Kuczynski would not be counted. Kuczynski dropped an appeal, citing the cost.
